Exor

Exor accreditation standards are recognised as the highest in the country and only suppliers and contractors that can attain and maintain the required high standard can gain admission to the Exor approved supplier database, based on the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
Exor Management Services Limited (Exor) has been providing services to the public sector for over 10 years and is now recognised as the leading independent accreditation service provider to this market.
The Exor policy towards accreditation is based on an active and robust programme of checking, testing and independent validation of the information supplied. It is not purely a listing of information and data. Exor's service is designed to deliver a real risk management proposition that allows customers to select approved suppliers with confidence.
Accreditation is a process in which certification of competency, viability and compliance with legal requirements and current codes of practice is presented. Exor uses a set of risk management standards that have been developed over the past ten years to become the accepted criteria for prequalification for all of our public sector clients.
A business with Exor accreditation is known to be financially stable, compliant with legislation relevant to the work carried out by the business, and reliable, with a trading history checked by the sourcing of independent references.

The Fencing Contractors Association

The Fencing Contractors Association (FCA) is a trade association set up in 1942 to facilitate the procurement of timber and other fencing materials to support the war effort. Since that time it has expanded its membership to include fencing contractors, material/product manufacturers and suppliers.

FCA is a pro-active organisation and is involved in all work concerning legislation, standards and training for the industry. FCA lobbies government departments as well as working closely with these to ensure that the fencing industry is working consistently to the highest standards. Indeed FCA was influential in the development and ongoing management of British Standard 1722 – Fences; National Highway Sector Schemes came about as a result of ensuring national Quality Management and installation standards throughout the UK with regard to fencing in accordance with bespoke schemes for General Fencing (NHSS2A), Vehicle Restraint Systems (NHSS2B) & Environmental Barriers (Structural) (NHSS2C) which are third party audited by Certification Bodies.

Windows Care Systems Anglia

R.D.Bull & Sons Ltd has many years experience in the specialist application of Window Care Systems™ - one of Europe's leading providers of timber restoration and window repair solutions.

When applied in conjunction with market-leading paints (Window Care Systems are endorsed by ICI/Dulux as compatible with Dulux Trade's 'Weathershield System'), research has shown that durability and building maintenance cycles can often be doubled - providing greater protection and a more cost-effective and environmentally-sound alternative to the replacement of doors, windows and other internal and external joinery repairs.

Widely specified by Architects & Surveyors, many projects requiring the Window Care System concern listed buildings, heritage and period properties where restoration is either enforced or preferred over replacement.

These systems provide the optimum solution to the long-term conservation of joints, replacement of defective putty (using the 'DrySeal' System), and the repair of decayed wood and to splicing-in timber - leaving a professional finish to the most daunting and difficult of restoration projects.

R.D.Bull & Sons Ltd uses systematic methodology and proven processes to assess the extent of rot and decay - effectively identifying the project's requirement for curative and preventative repair.

R.D.Bull & Sons Ltd have repaired and restored hundreds of prestigious domestic and commercial properties - both modern and heritage - across the London Boroughs and the South of England. We are the restoration company of choice for many architects, surveyors and conservation project managers throughout the region and can deliver almost any specification required.
